aims to offer early access to confidential legal aid and protection to GSM persons to protect and advance their rights and legitimate interests by:\n\nAdvising them on their legal rights and obligations and the working of the legal system vis a vis those rights and obligations.\nAssisting them in every appropriate way by taking legal action to protect their interests.\nSeeking to uphold their human rights and fundamental freedoms as guaranteed under the Constitution.\nRespecting their interests at every step of the way.\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 aims to uphold the human rights and freedoms of GSM persons as guaranteed in the Kenyan Constitution, seek redress for violations perpetuated against victims as well as effect societal
