E012 of 2022- R vs A &amp; Anor.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(Criminal defence of two transgender women charged with indecent practice between males contrary to Section 165 of the Penal Code, Cap 63 Laws of Kenya.)&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This case came up for further hearing of the prosecution&#8217;s case on <strong>3rd October, 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The case proceeded with the evidence of the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> prosecution\u2019s witness being taken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the rest of the prosecution\u2019s witnesses were absent, the case was adjourned to <strong>17<sup>th<\/sup> October, 2022<\/strong>, for further hearing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defence in this matter is being provided by CMRSL from the kind support of the Canadian Government through the Canadian Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lamu Mcso. no.
