E088 of 2021- R vs DM &#038; Anor."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><br><em>(Criminal defence of two men charged with committing unnatural offence contrary to Section 162 (c) of the Penal Code, Cap 63 Laws of Kenya.)<\/em><br>This case came up for hearing of the prosecution&#8217;s case today 24th October, 2022.<br>The hearing did not proceed however, as the trial court, Hon.
